No refunds or exchanges after the purchase. Using the toll free access number will result in additional 2c/min charge. Rates are higher for cellular destinations. Higher rates apply to calls originated from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, PR and US Virgin Islands. Calls are billed in three minute increments. A post call fee of between one cent and ninety nine cents may apply after each call depending on the country called and duration of the call. A call tax of up to twenty percent may apply to certain destinations. Calls made from payphones will charge additional 99c/call. A 89c semi monthly charge applies within 24 hours of first use. Advertised and announced minutes are based on per minute rates before fees and surcharges are applied. Expires after six months of first use.
