Weekly maintenance fee of 69¢ will apply. Calls made from a payphone will be charged additional 99¢/call. Using the toll free access results in additional 2¢/min surcharge. Rates to cellular phones are higher. Post call fee of twenty percent may apply depending on the country called and the duration of the call. Card expires three months after first use.
