Post call fee of up to twenty percent of the total talk time may apply after each call depending on the length and destination of the call. 49c maintenance fee applies per week. Application of surcharges and fees will have the effect of reducing total minutes actually delivered on the card from the minutes announced. Toll free access from payphone will incur 99c per call surcharge. Service fees may apply. Card expires 3 months after first use. Total number of minutes per location are based on a single call. Unlimited minutes apply per call. Per minute rate charged after each call. Maximum minutes are set by the network provider.
