Our utmost goal is to
provide a satisfactory calling card purchase for all of our
customers. Due to this we continuously work on finding new and
quality phone cards and provide them on sale online. As we are
not the actual calling card manufacturer we are not able to
guarantee the calls rates at all times. The manufacturer has the
right to change the rates and or fees without any prior
notification, and in most cases we as a company (zscomm.com) are
not able to know the new rates.
We do not want our customers to see a rate on the website, and
purchase a phone card based on that rate, and find out that the
rate does not match after the purchase. In any event of such
rate difference we will match the promised rate on the following
conditions, and no exceptions for the required conditions listed
below.
As a customer, to get rate promised, you need to take these
steps below (no exceptions).
- Customer must contact ZS Comm Global customer service within 5
days of purchase and provide the information of the rate
difference. If the customer contacts after the 5 day period no
action will be taken by zscomm.com.
- Customer must contact ZS Comm Global (www.zscomm.com) customer
service through email by sending an email to
customerservice@zscomm.com. The email must include order number,
PINs that were purchased, name of the phone card purchased, the
name of the country called (landline or cellular phone
specified), the minutes displayed on the country page on
zscomm.com, the total minutes prompted at initial call, and the
exact phone number called in the destination country including
the country code.
- The rate differences only apply to rates displayed on
individual country pages (ex: Canada ),
and do not ever apply to the rates displayed on individual phone
card pages (ex: African King).
- This policy is only for the difference between prompted
minutes on the first call of a purchased phone card and the
displayed minutes listed on the individual country pages on this
website.
- No refunds are to be issued. When the customer service
department receives the complaint email, investigation will take
place, and customer will receive additional phone cards of
customer service department choice to match the website country
page displayed rates.
- The terms and conditions to this procedure are subject to
change without prior notice.
- Customer agrees to these terms and conditions listed on this
page for rate difference claims.
