No refunds or exchanges after the purchase. Rates and fees are subject to change without prior notice. Call time is deducted in 1 plus 3 minutes increments. Service fees of up to twenty five percent will apply and a call duration fee of up to 49¢ will apply per call depending on the country called and duration of the call. Calls placed to mobile phones may be billed at a higher rate. When using the toll free access from a payphone will be charged at 90¢/call. A weekly fee of 69¢ will apply. Application of surcharges and fees will have the effect of reducing total minutes available if not used in a single call. Minutes announced are based on using the entire card on a single call.
