How to buy phone cards and PIN delivery by e-mail:

With the redesigned website it is easier to buy phone cards online.

First step will be to chose the country you would like to call, you can find the cheapest rates at the drop down list of rates on the top left side of this page, or you can see it: cheapest phone card rates

You can also see prepaid phone cards list and purchase directly.

Once you chose a phone card and follow the buy phone card link you will be taken to the shopping cart where you will need to register for a new shopping account. All new customers are required to create a new shopping account for security measures. The shopping cart pages are 128 bit SSL secured, so our customers can shop with confidence.

Once the purchase is made, phone cards will be e-mailed to the e-mail address our customer provides. Please make sure to provide the correct e-mail otherwise the delivery of phone card PINs will not happen.

New purchases from new customers are subject to verification, and thus it may delay the delivery of the PINs of the phone cards. Verification is part of our fraud measures, we record the IP address of the order placing computer and we also record the phone numbers that we call or be called from for new phone card account verification. Existing and verified accounts that are active do receive the PINs instantly. PINs and phone card instructions are delivered by e-mail only we do not ship actual cards by postal mail.

Before purchasing the phone cards and customer agreement:

By shopping at this website you agree with the terms and conditions that are listed on the customer agreement page. For details please see shopping agreement. Any completed purchase means that the customer has read and agreed with the terms set in the given page. Once the purchase of the prepaid calling card is made we do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

Before our customers make a phone card purchase, we recommend them to see the prepaid calling card's individual page that is being considered. This will allow the customer to see the necessary information regarding the specific calling card, including the rates, fees and other charges that may apply.

For our customers located outside the continental US, in Hawaii, Alaska, PR, US Virgin Islands and Canada we have included the toll free access numbers of the phone cards that are sold online. Please check the access number of the calling card to make sure it works from your calling area.

Please remember as we are not the actual manufacturer we are not able to provide any help for the calling cards that you already have in your possession.

Post purchase questions and concerns and contact customer service:

We can provide only a limited amount of customer service help post purchase. As we do not manufacture the phone cards but only resell them we do not have access to the phone card call database. If there are issues with call quality of the calling card, or total minutes, minute losses of the phone card, please call the customer service of the manufacturer, the number is provided to your in your PIN e-mail.

How to use the phone cards:

Prepaid phone cards are extremely easy to use. All of the phone cards will have English instructions with their access numbers, most of them also have Spanish instructions as well. Some of the specialized prepaid calling cards also have Chinese, Korean, French, Japanese and Vietnamese instructions as well. Once you call the access number of the phone card, just follow the prompted instructions.
