We can divide support and help issues to two categories. First
one being pre-purchase issues, and second part being
post-purchase questions.
Pre Purchase Support Questions and
Answers:
How do I find calling rates to specific destinations?
As we do carry around 150 phone cards in our inventory it may
get a little bit confusing to find the right phone card. The
first place to start would be country rates page, when you are
at this page, select the specific destination you would like to
call (cellular and landline rates are published separately). The
specific country page will display the phone cards we sell from
cheapest advertised rate to the most expensive. To get
additional information about specific calling card, click on the
name of it. To purchase a specific phone card click on the "buy"
links that have specific denominations.
How do I find a specific calling card?
The quickest way would be to list the phone card list page. In
there we display all of the prepaid phone cards we carry on our
inventory that are for purchase. You can click on the specific
"buy" buttons of variety of denominations.
How do I complete my purchase?
Once you find the specific phone card and click on the "buy" button
you will be directed to your shopping cart. In here you can
remove or add other cards, change quantities etc. Once you are
ready to continue with your purchase click on "checkout" button,
where you will be taken to a customer login page. If you have an
already created shopping account, simply login. If you do not
have an account, you will need to create one, so click on
"create a new account". Once you create your account, click the
continue button, and you will be in the payment method page.
Chose your payment method (We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
American Express). Once you input your payment information the
order will be processed.
How are the phone cards I purchased are delivered?
We provide phone card information by email only. You will receive
your PIN and instructions that will include how to use, and all
of access numbers by email. Due to this we request you to input
a correct and functioning email address for delivery before
making your purchase. Also make sure to check your junk/bulk
email folder after your purchase just in case. If you have an
approved account you will be receiving your phone card PIN
instantly displayed to you in your invoice screen. The PINs are
also available in your account on our website. Simply login to
your account and see your past PIN history.
What are some of the state specific phone cards?
We do provide certain calling cards that will say "TX state toll
free and local access only", meaning this phone card is a
certain state specific (in this example TX meaning Texas). As
variety of manufacturers provide such phone cards it is a common
practice. These types of phone cards will have toll free access
numbers that work only from a phone specific to that state. You
have to be calling the toll free access number from a Texas
phone to use TX specific phone card. On the other hand it does
not mean these cards can not be used from other states. If you
have an "free nationwide long distance" plan on your cell or
landline phone, you can dial the local access numbers of these
phone cards (TX specific will have Texas local access numbers).
What are the fees that phone cards charge and what they
mean?
Each phone card page will display the fees and tax structure of the
specific product. To get additional information of what each
means please see
fees structure.
Post Purchase Support Questions
and Answers:
I did not receive my phone card information, what should
I do?
If you have an active account you will get your PINs instantly. If
it is the first time you are placing an order you will need to
call us to verify your transaction. If the PINs were said to be
already emailed, first thing first please make sure that you
have input the correct email address when you are placing your
order. To see this you can login to your shopping account and
check your email address. If you have input correct email
address please make sure to check your junk/bulk email folder.
If you still can not get your PINs you can either contact our

The minutes that the phone card prompts does not match
what is shown on website.
If you encounter such issue, please see the resolution page
at our customer
satisfaction page.
I have made a few calls but did not receive the first
prompted minutes.
This is due to the fees and tax structure of the phone card.
To see the fees please see the page of the specific phone card,
which will display all of the terms and conditions in detail or
you can call the customer service of the manufacturer (that can
also be found in the phone card page) to request a credit on
your calling card balance. Most of the cards will provide the
full prompted minutes at the first call. If the card is used in
multiple calls, the total minutes delivered will be less.
I have made an invalid PIN. What should I do?
Immediately send an email to our customer service department which
will include your order number, and your invalid PIN. We will
find the correct PIN and email you with the correct information.
I can not make calls, calls are not connecting, what
should I do?
Please contact the customer service number located in your
PIN email, directly of the phone card manufacturer. Usually they
will be able to solve the problems. In rare cases if they can
not solve your problem please send an email to our customer
service department with your order number and PIN and
explanation of the problem for further resolution.
I would like to provide a review of the phone card I
have purchased.
You can send your detailed reviews to our customer service
department by email. Please include your order number, and the
name of the phone card you are reviewing and details, and once
approved it will be published on the website.
