Calls may be rounded up to 3 minutes. Regional and local phone company charges may apply. Access from a payphone will incur additional surcharge of 99¢/call. Semi monthly maintenance fee of 99¢ will apply. Up to thirty percent post call surcharge may apply, please call the customer service for full details. Maximum interstate rate is 10¢/min. Up to fifty five cents line maintenance fee per call may apply to certain destinations. Fees and surcharges shall affect the actual minutes delivered. Card expires 45 days after first use.
